Your adventure begins with a scenic bus journey from Hanoi to Sapa, a charming hill station nestled in the Hoang Lien Son mountain range. As you travel through the picturesque countryside, marvel at the lush greenery and terraced rice fields that dot the landscape.
Upon arrival in Sapa, you’ll be greeted by stunning views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. Check into your hotel and freshen up before heading out for a short trek to Cat Cat Village. Along the way, you’ll pass through scenic trails surrounded by lush vegetation and cascading waterfalls. Explore the village and learn about the traditions and customs of the ethnic minority groups that call this area home.

On the final day of your trekking adventure, set out early for a trek to Giang Ta Chai village, where you’ll be treated to more breathtaking scenery and cultural encounters. Afterward, return to Sapa town and board the bus back to Hanoi, where your journey concludes.

5. What is the best time of year to embark on the Sapa trekking tour?
The best time to visit Sapa is from March to May and from September to November when the weather is cool and dry, and the landscape is lush and green. However, Sapa is beautiful year-round, each season offering its own unique charms.
6.30- 7.00: Our bus will pick you up at your hotel around Hanoi Old Quater or our office: 139 Hàng Bông Street, then depart to Sapa following Noi Bai - Lao CAI highway
(Our slepping bus can pick you up at Noi Bai Airport about 8h) 9.30: Follow the highway to Lao Cai city and have first rest stop. 11.00: Second rest stop at Lao Cai city before heading to Sapa.
13.00: Arrive at Sapa Town with colorful traditional costumes of H’Mong, Dzao, and Tay ethnic people. The guide will pick you up to have lunch with local Vietnamese dishes and checkin your room
14.30: A short walk to the gate of Cat Cat village, which is the home of Black H’Mong ethnic people and is locoted near the bottom of a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan Peak. Our local guide will show you the daily life activities of the locals, trek down to the valley bottom to the waterfall where the French built a Hydraulic Power Station; stop for photos with the bridge and waterfall; Then you will walk back to Sapa town
17.30: Come back to Sapa Town. Have dinner and Free time visit Sapa town, Overnight in hotel
7.00 – 8.30: Have breakfast at the hotel in Sapa Town, check-out (Leave your big luggage at the hotel and we'll come back the next day) and start a new day with a more interesting trek.
8.30 – 8.45: Trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa stream to the Black H’Mong village of Lao Chai to see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain. The trekking distance is about 12 km and it lasts for 4 hours.
12:00 – 13:30: Have lunch with delicious Vietnamese dishes made by the family. Come to Homestay
14:30: Check in homestay & rest.
16:30: Spend time enjoying the mountain life on Sunset. You may take part in cooking local dishes with the family
18:00: Enjoy dinner in peace
After dinner, you can join the local bar nearby with music and socialize with other tourist then overnight at the Homestay in Ta Van village.
6:30: Wake up and enjoy a gentle and peaceful morning
7.00-8:00: Have breakfast prepared by the family and Check out the room. Then start a new day with a more interesting trek.
8.30: Keep walking 8km to the rice paddies where you have a nice photo session of the amazing surrounding landscape; a trek through the bamboo forest; a stop to have a panoramic view of Giang Ta Chai village – home of the red Dzap people.
12.00: Enjoy lunch at restaurant
13.00: Trek through the Giang Ta Chai Bridge to the main road, the bus picks you up to come back to Hotel in Sapa Town.
13.30 – 14.45: Relax and Free time visit around Sapa Town (if you want, take a shower in the hotels’s public bathroom)
14.45 – 15.00: Meet all the group members at the hotel to get ready for Hanoi. 15.30: Get on the bus to go back to Hanoi and Arrive about 21.30
