Our journey begins with an early morning departure from Ha Noi, as we board an overnight bus to Sapa. Arriving in Sapa refreshed and energized, we embark on our first day of trekking, covering a distance of 12 kilometers. Our route takes us through the picturesque villages of Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, and Ta Van, where we’ll be immersed in the rich cultural heritage of the local ethnic communities.
Along the way, we’ll traverse lush rice terraces, verdant valleys, and crystal-clear streams, taking in the breathtaking beauty of the surrounding landscapes. As the day draws to a close, we’ll arrive at our homestay accommodation in Ta Van Village, where we’ll enjoy a warm welcome from our gracious host family.
On our second day of trekking, we continue our adventure with an 8-kilometer hike to Giang Ta Chai and Su Pan. This leg of the journey offers spectacular views of cascading waterfalls, dense forests, and towering mountains, providing ample opportunities for photography and exploration. Along the way, we’ll have the chance to interact with local villagers and learn about their traditional way of life.
As we make our way back to Sapa Town, we’ll have free time to explore the bustling markets, charming cafes, and artisan shops that dot the town center. In the afternoon, we’ll visit Cat Cat Village, where we can witness traditional handicraft demonstrations and cultural performances before bidding farewell to Sapa and boarding our overnight bus back to Ha Noi.

5. How do we travel from Ha Noi to Sapa?
Transportation from Ha Noi to Sapa is typically provided by overnight bus or train, with various options available to suit different preferences and budgets.
21h : Our bus will pick you up at your hotel around Hanoi Old Quater or our office: 139 Hàng Bông Street, then depart to Sapa following Noi Bai - Lao CAI highway

6:00 Our guide pick you up in bus station and Have breakfast at the hotel, and prepare a light pack for trekking. Big luggage keep in hotel . You need 12 km of trekking to visit 3 Villages with 2 different kinds of minorities.
8.30 – 8.45: Start Trek through the rice terraces and along Muong Hoa stream to the Black H’Mong village of Lao Chai to see the spectacular landscape of Hoang Lien Son Mountain. The trekking distance is about 12 km and it lasts for 4 hours.
12.00 – 13.30: Have lunch with delicious Vietnamese dishes made by the family. In the late afternoon, you arrive at Ta Van village – home of the Dzay ethnic group.
15h: Check in homestay; get to know the family of Dzay people. Spend time enjoying the mountain life on Sunset. You may take part in cooking local dishes with the family and enjoy dinner in peace.
In the evening, you can join the local bar nearby with music and socialize with other tourist then overnight at the Homestay in Ta Van village.
7.00: Wake up & enjoy the morning with beatyful morning. Have breakfast prepared by the family
8.45: then start a new day with a more interesting trek. Keep walking to the rice paddies where you have a nice photo session of the amazing surrounding landscape; a trek through the bamboo forest; a stop to have a panoramic view of Giang Ta Chai village – home of the red Dzap people. The trekking distance is about 3km and it lasts for 3.5 hours. then you have lunch in local restaurant
1300: Trek through the Giang Ta Chai Bridge to the main road, the bus picks you up to come back to Sapa Town.
14.00 – 14.45: Relax and enjoy yourself, and if you want, take a shower in the hotels’s public bathroom before the bus pick you up back to Hanoi about 15.00 and Arriver Hanoi Old quarter about 21.30
