Itinerary

Morning: Pick up - Tran Quoc Pagoda - Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum - Quoc Tu Giam Temple

8:00 – 8:30: Tour guide and transportation will pick you up at the hotel within Hanoi Old Quarter ( Hoan Kiem District). The pickup time depends on the location of hotels you are staying at.

8:40: Visit Tran Quoc Pagoda – the most ancient pagoda was built in Hanoi in 6th century. You will have an opportunity to admire one of the largest Bodhi trees in Vietnam there.

9:30: Visit the Complex of President Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, you will have a chance to see the body of the beloved Uncle Ho. Afterward, we will visit the Presidential Palace relics, Uncle Ho’s living and working place from 1954 to 1969, and the One Pillar Pagoda that was built in 1048 under the reign of King Ly Thai Tong.

11:00: Visit Quoc Tu Giam Temple of Literature that is considered the first University of Vietnam from 11th to 18th century

Afternoon:  Lunch - Incense Village

12:30: Enjoy lunch at the local restaurant in Hanoi Old Quarter.

13:30: Visit Quang Phu Cau Incense Village or Xa Cau Incense Village(was established for over 100 years), the most popular destination for foreign tourists in the suburb of Hanoi City, which is 35km far from the Capital Town.

16:30: End tour. The tour guide and driver will send you back to your hotel or you can choose one of the famous places in Hanoi such as Water Puppet Theater, check-in area at Train Street, or Ta Hien – Beer street so you can freely explore more about other famous places in Hanoi by yourself.
